  • add support for ORA files
  • avoids unnecessary conversion if data is analyzed by DRAGEN anyways

  • copy ORAs in copy_sample.php
  • support ORAs inmegSAP
    • ReadQC after dragen mapping
    • on-the-fly conversion in case of local mapping
