If there are no projects yet we need to display a message encouraging the user to create a project.

+1 It could mention dashboard wont be visible (will be by a typed search) at landing page

@blejman usually adds a "template for a new project" as a first project.
Different languages available is a must :)

There is another posibility, The issue is usually admins forget to remove the template. (we can automatically remove the template when the first project is created)
