Be able to tweet from a project.

• Tweet from a project it should take from the project Name of the project, link to the project and @mentions to users if they subscribed from Twitter. Message should say something like "I'm hacking "[Project name] with @pjnovas @marianet @danzajdband [link] [#hackdash]"
• Integration of Dashboard by a hashtag ( Twitter integration #92 )
• More social buttons, ie. facebook, etc.

Be careful. Assign for example max 50 chars. for mentions, otherwise you can end up with a tweet larger than 140 chars.
