Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Allow for a config file to reference agency data to allow any agency to utilize template.

Describe the solution you'd like
Programmatically update agency specific data.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Manual changes.

Additional context
Some ideas:

  • Layout text and logos
  • Integrate with Version Release Script #26. This will allow organizations to create custom AGP templates
  • Custom file naming (integrate with layout export tool)
