Want to create an easy way to leverage the mulitple Map/Layout capability that exists in Pro.

Describe the solution you'd like
Create a Python tool that will copy an existing map and create a named pair with the new map&layout combo. For example, it copies the EDIT map to create a Transportation Map and Transportation Layout, respecting naming conventions. This way, any further transportation querying/symbolizing can be done in the Transportation Map and only effect that Layout while still pulling from the common data source.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Manual work and currently pre-existing Map&Layout pairs from the US&R Template.

Additional context
This would allow for different Maps to be symbolized for different purposes, while still pulling from the same data source.
