When dragging an occurrence from the UniverseView, the shaded length doesn't represent the playlist's length

I'm not finding where this shade length is defined, if anyone can find that, I can take over the fix

I've been looking, and it uses FullCalendar option defaultEventMinutes: http://arshaw.com/fullcalendar/docs/agenda/defaultEventMinutes/

I don't think we can fix this without hacking inside FullCalendar

I've been looking into this and there's no way to do it without patching Fullcalendar.
