An issue that was raised in working group last call:

In a nutshell, the concern was that the security considerations does not sufficiently discuss integrity and confidentiality.

The following pull request is aimed at addressing this issue:

#146

Integrity and confidentiality are now explicitly mentioned. In addition, there is a clarification in the last paragraph about why the current draft does not define new security mechanisms.
