For some reason a directory called Micro-PKC (capital M is wrong) was created. When I was sitting in this directory I couldn't run the Nuke command. I had to cd .. back out then go into the correct micro-PKC (lower case m is correct). Then I could run the Nuke command.

This one could be due to user installation issue.
For some reason a directory called Micro-PKC (capital M is wrong) was created. When I was sitting in this directory I couldn't run the Nuke command. I had to cd .. back out then go into the correct micro-PKC (lower case m is correct). Then I could run the Nuke command.
