Add mount-point public key encryption for PKC

Requirement:

• Key-Rotation of asymmetric encryption
• Keys are encrypted / decrypted by Metamask
• Program uses the decrypted keys to execute decryption / encryption and rotates keys for next round of lock / unlock

Solution Proposals:

• https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/EncFS
  investigate if key-rotation is possible?
• https://saltpack.org/ create tarball of mount point and then encrypt it with saltpack format
• normal pgp
  consider we use this instead of gpg https://sequoia-pgp.org/
