Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

One case is described as below:
We are using a recommender (https://github.com/medizininformatik-initiative/GeMTeX/tree/main/inception_ahd_recommender) to pre-annotate texts. Our annotators observe following behaviour, which they find "irritating" up to "slightly hinders annotations process".

When they manually create a new annotation, but especially at the very end of the document, they would double click the word to start annotating. However, the recommender then just jumps in with a pop up saying "Prediction run produced no new suggestions".
Best case it is annoying, worst case it overlaps with words, thereby stopping the workflow for a split second.

I also believe the overlap depends on screen / window size.

However, generally it is also reported, that there are just too many pop ups spawning (3-4) including messages like : " Evaluation complete" and "The PHI annotation has been deleted.". I think these pieces of information might help a power user but might irritate the common annotator.

Describe the solution you'd like
Displaying information in an alternative way instead of using pop ups or maybe a central and / or personalized configuration option to disable pop ups for the project.

Additional context
Inception:34.5

This is highly leaning towards User Experience, so feel free to consider whats generally considered a good approach, before implementing a feature request call by a selective few =)
