Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The current implementation requires a connection over the API to an INCEpTION instance to access projects. However, in some cases like data privacy and security, the API is not accessible, and the projects are exported manually instead.

Describe the solution you'd like
Extend Pycaprio to support manipulating projects stored on desk.

None.
