Missing menu bar if we were to go to Past NUANSA again from Past NUANSA page

In the mobile version, if you were to be in the past NUANSA page and tried to load past NUANSA again, the menu bar will be missing.
Steps to reproduce this bug:

1. Go to Past NUANSA in the mobile version, and press on the menu bar
   

2. Press 'Past NUANSA' again
   

3. Now menu bar is missing :0
   

Note that on the desktop version this can happen as well, if you decide to zoom in the page until it's small enough to look like the mobile version.

Hmm... just realised that this problem still occurs in #26, I will try to identify and fix this

The same issue occurred in welcome page.
If you are at welcome page and you move to welcome page by using the nav-bar, either by pressing Home or About Us, the nav bar will disappear along with the "lukisan jati" logo.

The only case it works fine if you switch from welcome page to past nuansa or vice versa.
