"Empty" Tag

On the Tags page, I occasionally get a blank tag, like this:

I'm seeing this right now as well. Looks like bad parsing of an empty string. I see it on any new item added, and if the tag field is left blank, it gets the additional field2 tag, which seems like it might be coming from the deform widget's default state.
