Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

There is a requirement to include a new component known as ListBox.

Describe the solution you'd like

All requirements are described in the Confluence and the Figma file.

What are the acceptance criteria?

AC.1 - ListBox is consistent with design

AC.2 - Implement keyboard interaction is available in the ListBox

AC.3 - All required attributes are implemented

AC.4 - Plugin Wave and Equal Web don’t point to any errors and warnings

AC.5 - Screen readers can read a ListBox in a way that is easy to understand.
