Describe the Bug

When BiomeMobWeight.csv is running on a server, even though it will contain the spawning weights for the glowsilk moth and glowsquito the mobs will fail to spawn, even in the Glowstone Canyon. This also seems to happen with Warp Beetles and Basalt Giants as well. Internally the mobs aren't classified as "creatures" but "IE_creatures" which seems to be the difference maker as normal "creatures" don't have any spawn issues.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Install Spawn Balance Utility
  2. Install Infernal Expansion
  3. Enable the BiomeMobWeight.csv
  4. Run the game
  5. Go to a Glowstone Canyon, it will be bare of the glowsilk moths and glowsquitos.

Expected Result

Infernal Expansion shouldn't have a strange creature type as it can interfere when interacting with mods that alter spawning behavior.
