Basalt Brick Slab Uses Wall Recipe

Describe the Bug

While I've seen other issues relating to decorative Basalt blocks get mentioned, I have yet to see mention of the Basalt Brick Slab. It uses a wall-shaped recipe instead of a slab-shaped one.

Reproduction Steps

1. Check the recipe
2. ???
3. Profit

Expected Result

The Basalt Brick Slab should use the correct slab-shaped recipe in order to be crafted.

I poked around in the mod jar, and yep, the wall-shaped recipe is there in the data folder, so no other mods could be at fault here.
