New obsolescence reason request: "obsoleted logical component" #112

The term is logically defined in terms of an entity that has been obsoleted without replacement. For example, a biological process which originally existed in GO was determined later to not correspond to a real biological process and was obsoleted without replacement.

The label is not ideal, but this is a complex concept and I don't know how to name it easier.

How about 'entity does not exist'
