Make the meetup creation form more intuitive

Make some changes to the actual meetup form in order to avoid possible confusions. Some possible changes are the next:

• In the "Description" and "Requirements" text box, indicate that the box corresponds to raw text, and that the text in the right side is a preview of these fields, with the final format.

• Change the text label of the check box to archive a meetup to clarify that its purpose is to hide it.

Hi @vzqzac , I'v been talking with @dredonieto and he's good to give you the assignation of the issue, as for now, he doesn't know certainly if he will be able to resolve it soon. You'll be assigned soon.
