Allow custom categories

When creating a new meetup, add the option in the category section to add a custom category to the meetup.

There's no need that these new category appears within the others once introduced the first time, it's just a field to customise a specific meetup, not the form itself.

Personally, I believe there are two valid approaches here:

• Let users only select categories from a predefined list (that's what's already implemented)

• Allow users create their own categories, but suggesting them the already existent in a dynamic search text box.

Maybe we could move on to the second approach. What do you think? If you have any additional idea please note it here 😉
