I follow the first step to connect my Raspberry PI with Smart Scale and after running wiiboard_test.py i get just the ACK to data write received with no Average weight number, i don't know the reason for that. Can you please help me ?

Assuming you made no code changes, the likely culprit is a bad Wii Balance Board. Do you have another Wii Balance Board to try?
