You don't need to be running any scheduled workflows on the unmaintained repository (which you might as well archive).

Please commit #4145 and similarly disable the security audit workflow (I don't get notifications on that so I don't need to care).

To be clear, the assumption that this is an unmaintained repository is wrong. We are not working off the main branch. It looks like you found someone to merge your PR, but that's not solving the root problem, it's just a poor workaround. I will look into why you are getting emails from this repo.

I think it's reasonable to not spam @mzabaluev and while his assumption might be wrong at some level, I can see in the readme that the repository is publicly reported as unmaintained
#4139

A few questions:

  1. Is this the only workflow you get notifications for? None of the other generate emails?
  2. Do you have the "Watch" setting set to "Ignore" for this repo?

I've never heard of such a thing as a workflow owner before, so that one is new to me. Github Action workflows are committed to a repository and don't typically have ownership other than the repo itself. You're not listed anywhere in the settings.
