Change date format to YYYY-MM-DD for easy sorting #6

Current date format is MM-DD-YYYY. Changing to ISO standards for date makes this easier to sort to see the latest data, and makes it more easily accessible to people around the world

Am I correct that just renaming the folders and changing the TIME_STAMP_FOLDER_NAME in js&ipynb files is everything for this change?
