Lots of "[error] | comment is | view on Hacker News" lately

In the last week, I've been seeing a lot of comment threads with errors retrieving the comments.

Tried browsers:
Chrome Version 47.0.2526.111 m
Microsoft Edge 20.10240.16384.0
Internet Explorer 11.0.10240.16644
Firefox 39.0.3

Assuming this was related to HackerNews/API#6, but will need to improve the error message handling, which was based on any errors I've happened to see and been able to get the JSON response for.
