ollama - Please provide bettern README or fix the bug

The readme says "Set PROVIDER in your environment to ollama"

$ export PROVIDER=ollama
$ export AI_PROVIDER=ollama # tried this too
$ ai-commit -h                                  
Please set the OPENAI_API_KEY environment variable.
