  • Add photometry fiber models to these sessions
  • Add trajectory estimate (micro-manipulator coordinates) to be able to filter for brain regions
  • Procedure: optogenetic stimulation (exists)
  • Laser needs to be added to channel map for laser TTL to be extracted automatically (check if this is the case and works)
_ibl_trials.laserStimulation needs to be created from laser TTL + manually noted information of whether the laser was physically switched on or off (in Nate's case)
_ibl_trials.laserIntervals , i.e. start and stop time of laser relative to trials start, to be created from Nate's acronym (stimulation params) and trial event timing.
  • Session based metadata: probability of laser stimulation (or is this per trial? then it would go into _ibl_trials.laserProbability), laser voltage, opsin, pulse width/interval
