Add tolerations to the Operator

As it is possible ( intel/intel-device-plugins-for-kubernetes#1686 ) and for me, my only amd64 Node is the one with GPU and has a Taint so only GPU tasks are running on there, it would be quite beneficial to set a toleration to the operator deployment

I'll see if we could get this added. Long time ago someone asked multiarch-operator image that could also be an option I guess

For me personally, that would also fixing it. But still kinda not ;)

Yes for me currently it would fix that i can't run them on the amd64 Node, but also if somebody has some kind of tolerations, for example if he wants some nodes just for operators, this would still be a feature for them ;)
