IKGT inside qemu

Hello,

I am trying to get IKGT to work inside qemu with Ubuntu 18.04. I followed the instructions to install IKGT with GRUB and used code in the master branch as release 1_2_1 did not build.

Once IKGT is installed and I reboot the machine it hangs at the screen that displays the following : loading ikgt ...
loading linux-4.15.0.31-generic .....
loading initial ramdisk...

I checked the initial RAM at which xmon loads 0x10000000 and it is free.

I see the same issue when I am trying to get my host machine that has Linux18.04 on it to load with IKGT. This is a HP Spectre Laptop (product specification).

Any help to get IKGT working would be appreciated. :)

ikgt is not ready to run on qemu. currently we have enabled ikgt-core (https://github.com/intel/ikgt-core, "trusty" branch) on qemu. you can try that.
