Today efi/UnicornPkg.dsc only builds for AArch64 and RISCV64 targets. Enable X64 builds as well.

As of 7141cce the LTO support for x64 is also in, but it doesn't build for me. Keeping this here as it doesn't affect MultiArchUefiPkg. @yli147
