Alignment model shouldn't rely on gold standard alignments

I've realized that the alignment model relies now on extra data stored in the [alignments.tsv] (https://github.com/interactive-cookbook/alignment-models/blob/main/data/alignment/baked_ziti/alignments.tsv) files when it builds the recipe pairs and align their actions.
To do: import function of conllu2crowd.py (from conllu to tsv format) that pairs recipes directly in the alignment model so that model is independent from gold-standard alignments

It might make a lot of sense to have a program that just takes two conllu files as input and computes the alignment scores. This program could be used without taking an alignments.tsv file as input.

You can still have the old functionality back if you write a little script that reads the conllu pairings from an alignments.tsv file (or anywhere else) and then runs the pairwise program on all pairs.
