Curve secp224r1 ('phase out') should trigger warning and tech table mention #968

Curve secp224r1 (NCSC status: 'phase out') currently does not trigger a warning (orange /!) and is not mentioned in the tech table.
Should be treated the same as ffdhe2048 which is also 'phase out' and does trigger warning and tech table mention.

This will probably be solved through #714.

This issue will likely be obsoleted by new TLS guidelines and/or #1154
