Is there any interest in expanding this package to cover EDTF levels 1 and 2? These are a bit tricky because they are perhaps a bit less deterministic than L0 dates, but I'm thinking something along the lines of the edtf-humanize Ruby gem: https://github.com/corylown/edtf-humanize.
