User sometimes are not aware that an adapter is no longer maintained.

Description

At admin adapter tiles someone can gueass that an adapter does not get regular updates when noticind that the line
"verfügbare Version" ist empty. But thats not obvious.

I would suggest to place some text there instead of the empty area if an adapter is not listed at repository, i.e.

• "Verfügbare Version": "nicht gewartet"
• "Verfügbare Version": "ohne Support"
• "Verfügbare Version": "nicht (mehr) verfügbar"

or something similar.

As an alternative Adapters not listed at repository could get another colour, their Icon could be get a red cross or question mark, etc ...
