Can not change colour temperature from GHOME. Always sets to lowest Kelvin.

Describe the bug
Whatever temperature I give as a Google Home voice command, IoT messes with the value and puts it out of bounds for the light.
The underlying problem was already described and diagnosed in issue 403, but ignored.

To Reproduce
Add a CT Lamp to IoT Google Home and change it's ColorTemp via Google Home.

Expected behavior
The colour temperature changes to the desired value.
