Same problem. I found this warining in log: getWebApi(): Error retrieving smartlocks: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'toLowerCase') |
I‘ve removed the long token and now just use the local bridge token - error message is not longer visible. The problem seems to be the web API / long token. I think, the manual and the gui should be updated with the information that only one of both is necessary and maybe also a hint why (or when) should be the local or the long web API key. for a newbie the wiki is unclear - I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one that used both options - which is not useful/ necessary. |
Hi,
I can see in my logs, that there are many errors:
getWebApi(): Error retrieving logs: 401 - {"detailMessage":"Your access token is not authorized","stackTrace":[],"suppressedExceptions":[]}
I created all tokens new, but the issue is the same. How can i fix this issue?
Best Regards
Manuel
