I am rewriting the Adapter to use HERE instead of Google..
Why do you want to use bing maps? Are there any benefits by using bing?

I suggested bing as an alternative to not habe to setup a billing Account and the bing route api offers ferx fine control over many parameters like vehicle size and weight which are relevant for me because I daily drive a truck.
Additionally the truck mode calculates the required time using a truck speed and driving behaviour instead of the cars equivalents.
