On deployment the API uploads a JSON file to an S3 bucket which includes the API URL and reCaptcha key. The website, on first load, should fetch that information so that environment variables don't have to be set as part of the build and deployment.

Hi @AditSaxena!

While I've managed a good bit of the development I'm not the owner of the repository so I want to be careful about opening up contributions. I've included a few people on this comment that own the project.

@paulineobps @arnounesco If you're comfortable with it I'm happy to assign this story to Adit but didn't want to do it without you being aware of it.
