These instructions were all in the RFP that was submitted to E84 - maybe you did not see it? please also discuss where this message should be placed on the landing page and how it will disappear - is there a need for an Accept icon

@paulineobps I'll see if I can track down the RFP. I assumed the "always appear" part meant that we'll keep the pop up the same visually just have it appear for every visit to the website instead of the current behavior of only on the first visit. |

@paulineobps Updated (but not deployed) the welcome modal with the new copy and made it so that it always appears. Please note that this behavior makes it so that any time you visit the landing page the modal appears: |

Remove the cookie that tracks the first time user so that the modal always appears. Update the copy.
