Description

Allow photos to be retrieved from other files sources besides the standard galleries such as:

• Google Drive
• User's Filesystem

This feature is one that the cordova-plugin-camera-with-exif plugin has. When the user selected a pre-existing photo they were shown this screen (on Android):

The @capacitor/camera plugin only gives the device's gallery apps as options when selecting a pre-existing photo:
