Documentation update.

We run into an Issue with addListener('appUrlOpen', ...)in our angular app. In the Documentation for Deeplinks it is noted, that for Angular, you have to add ngZone. In the Plugin Documentation is not such note.

A little hint here would have helped to find this Issue we had faster. I
