Can not remove the icon in start menu

After running this windows-defender-remover, the icon for "Windows Defender" is still in the start menu, it's just that the link doesn't work anymore.

Same problem. I found that the icon can be removed in x86 system, such like Windows 10 LTSC x86. But in x64 system, the icon will still in start menu.
Is this a bug in the srcipt or something else?
