What went wrong?

Many of the UI controls on CKAN dataset detail pages are no longer functioning properly with recent code updates to CKAN (2.10 release?).

Code to Reproduce

pseudo-code/UI steps below

Browse to an example dataset page (https://data.ioos.us/dataset/sbu01-20220805t1532) and try to access either:

  • any of the 'Explore' menu options for dataset links under the Data and Resources header
  • the former tabbed views (after the CF Standard Names) header/section are no longer visible and the tab/detail view menu control isn't rendering properly

Adding a screenshot to illustrate the issue. Strangely, perhaps related, the information below the tab menu (which appears as the row of ordinary links at present) did not display until I enabled my screenshot plug-in to capture the image. When you first browse to the page, nothing below the row of links appears ('Online Access' section as shown below).
