Real-time observations delivered to GTS via NDBC

Use https://ioos.github.io/ioos_code_lab/content/code_gallery/data_access_notebooks/2020-10-10-GTS.html as a starting point to collect all statistics from NDBC site and create bar charts.

The gist of this is to illustrate the volume of NOS data going to the GTS, and how much of it is from IOOS.

I've updated the process to point to the data hosted on the ioos erddap. Runs much faster now. Just have to keep that ERDDAP updated with most recent data...

One question I have is, should this be made into a plotly diagram? Similar to how we present the IOOS GTS regional metrics at the bottom of https://ioos.github.io/ioos_metrics/gts_regional.html

Do you have any stats around what percentage of overall coastal observations from from IOOS?

Looking at the GTS metrics and identifying what % is attributed to IOOS is a good start.

• Related to the plotly part of https://github.com/ioos/ioos_metrics/blob/main/website/create_gts_regional_landing_page.py
• Create an action to regenerate that plot every month and update the webpage
