ios-sim cannot start MobileSafari.app after upgrade to Xcode 5

After upgrade to Xcode 5 I cannot start MobileSafari from command line. It worked with Xcode 4:

ios-sim launch /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/iPhoneSimulator.platform/Developer/SDKs/iPhoneSimulator7.0.sdk/Applications/MobileSafari.app --args -u http://google.com

Session could not be started: Error Domain=DTiPhoneSimulatorErrorDomain Code=1 "iOS Simulator failed to install the application." UserInfo=0x7fe289c1a570 {NSLocalizedDescription=iOS Simulator failed to install the application., DTiPhoneSimulatorUnderlyingErrorCodeKey=-1}

Any ideas?

Hmm no idea since its an external issue (args passed to the .app, not ios-sim itself). Perhaps they removed the arg support in iOS 7

The problem is not in arguments. It does not work even without arguments:
ios-sim launch /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/iPhoneSimulator.platform/Developer/SDKs/iPhoneSimulator7.0.sdk/Applications/MobileSafari.app
[DEBUG] Session could not be started: Error Domain=DTiPhoneSimulatorErrorDomain Code=1 "iOS Simulator failed to install the application." UserInfo=0x7fcc2ca00920 {NSLocalizedDescription=iOS Simulator failed to install the application., DTiPhoneSimulatorUnderlyingErrorCodeKey=-1}

And -u argument is still supported. This works:

Frankly speaking from my point of view upgrade to Xcode5 & IOS Simulator 7 is complete disaster. Nothing works as before. I have problems building applications using cordova. Build often fails. If I'm able to build, application sometimes fails to upload to simulator and start. Sometimes it does not start. Sometime it starts and crashes. I don't want to blame cordova or ios-sim. But now it is unusable for me on iOS. Maybe because of bugs in simulator - I don't know.

Using Xcode 6.1 and the iOS 8.1 SDK I get this new error:

It appears that it wants to "update" the app.
