As requested by eco here we should look into creating a way for us to fetch tweets of interesting accounts into slack

Currently we are evaluating if this is worth the $100 that you have to pay for the twitter API. IFTTT could be another alternative for this

This is currently implemented using IFTTT. I also currently use IFTTT to proxy the messages from the /talktotea sendtweet command from discord to Slack.

We could also use IFTTT to forward announcements from Discord to other platforms like Telegram and Twitter
