I ran the example 0_did_controls_did from the advanced folder and obtained the following output.

The controller of the subsidiary's doc seems fine, but the governor or the stateController addresses in the metadata should be the same as in the Company document, right?

Hi @sandevins 👋 Thank you for reaching out!
The address you see in the governor and state controller is the Alias Address of the parent Alias Output/DID as you can inspect here. If the Outputs were controlled by the same address, it would make them "siblings" instead of being hierarchically related.
