Description

Sometimes PRs are merged before all workflows finished, they should be canceled automatically then

Could maybe use https://github.com/styfle/cancel-workflow-action or something like https://stackoverflow.com/a/74435658

Motivation

Less runners blocked

Requirements

  1. Cancel workflows from a branch when a PR is merged to develop/production
