None of this works.
sudo apt-get install hawkeye
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Package hawkeye is not available, but is referred to by another package.

E: Package 'hawkeye' has no installation candidate
Building from source doesn't create any folders or config in etc.
