Hello, I am using the MetFrag web tool, however, using the Pubchem database it throws more than 10000 candidates and I cannot continue the identification, how can I remove candidates?

Try using a smaller database, you can get e.g. our guess at the "most relevant" from PubChem by trying PubChemLite instead.
