cactuscore-uhal-tests RPM requires /usr/bin/escript in CentOS8

The version of rpmbuild (and associated utilities) in CentOS8 automatically adds /usr/bin/escript to the requires list of the cactuscore-uhal-tests RPM, due to escript being mentioned in the shebang of uhal/tests/scripts/ipbus2_udp_status.escript.

As a result, the following RPM packages are automatically installed as dependencies of cactuscore-uhal-tests:

erlang-compiler
erlang-crypto
erlang-erts
erlang-hipe
erlang-kernel
erlang-stdlib
erlang-syntax_tools

This seems like overkill for that one script.
