Description:

Build IPFS with docker build . ，got error as:

Step 19/30 : COPY --from=0 /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libdl-2.24.so /lib/libdl.so.2
COPY failed: stat /var/lib/docker/overlay2/aa43de23c467b157433e8d2420783af54abaa3a1f4af602252a7e8c0b8a9cff0/merged/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libdl-2.24.so: no such file or directory

build failed on ARM，with HypriotOS on RaspberryPi 2B.

I build it native is success. Only failed in docker build.

Docker images for ARM (at least ARM64 used by moden rPi) got fixed by #10021
